I met Chris Sunday showed him a picture of what I wanted and placed my order and by that Tuesday he delivered my frame and set it up. Not to mention this is the best bed I have ever had. I keep getting compliments from all of my guest. It’s so well made and came in perfect condition. When I showed up to the showroom Sunday I didn’t realize an app was needed. Once I called Chris, he came within 10 mins and even sent pictures instructions on where to park. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help customers and his industry knowledge. “We recently got burnt with our experience buying furniture with Amazon. It was such a nightmare! Damaged parts, endless communications between Amazon and the vendor, and endless coordinations for picking up for return and getting a refund… We then decided to search locally to see what’s out there and we’re so glad we found Chris! We browsed his website and found this piece of vanity I really like and I called Chris. It was such a breeze working with him from the beginning to the end. He does not have a shop to browse but rather once you like a piece of furniture, he’d order it for you right away and have it ready for you to take a look before you buy. That way you will be assured that the item is in a satisfying condition before you buy which is a huge advantage. The vanity we got is very high quality and in a perfect condition! Also because he does not hold inventory, we found the unit we got was manufactured in August 2018. WooHoo! It’s a fresh new unit. Not something sitting in the warehouse collecting dust for years. Chris also made a delivery on the same day with a very minimal delivery charge. As far as warranty goes, if any issues, he’d come to our house and pick up the unit and do a replacement and we don’t need to worry about it. Love to have that warranty because we can rest assured that we’re taken care of! I called him to order the unit and made an appointment on Wednesday, we checked out the unit on Saturday and we already have it set up in our house that afternoon!!! Very glad with the turnaround time and how efficient we got everything done! Chris will be our go-to for any furniture needs because he has a wide selection to choose from, the efficiency of working with him and the service provided! I would highly recommend Chris to anyone if you need any furnitures! the vanity we received! with hollywood style light added myself!”

“Chris was a life saver!! I called him on Sunday morning, telling him I needed some kind of sleeper sofa or futon by literally the next day and he delivered!! Quite literally! Had a new couch on Monday morning. Selection was limited to about 5 relatively neutral couches that he keeps on hand since it was so last second but that’s entirely on me. I’m very happy with the service and suggest giving him a call to make an appointment! The address is not a storefront but rather a warehouse. The couch was also fairly priced!!”

Either gave you attitude with high price, asking for high deposit or lied (long story) Eventually, found Chris, who is professional, experienced and patient. Before order, we have exchanged some messages to confirm what we really want with item name# and how to cooperate. Surprisingly! Our loveseat delivered in a week, instead of waiting a few weeks.
